About
Our gentle and friendly playgroup for children 0-6yrs meets twice a week on Monday's & Thursdays during term, in a lovely Nelson setting. Our children and families enjoy playing with nature-inspired, handcrafted toys, sharing bread making (and eating!) and singing songs. Parents have time to connect and chat, and be involved as much as they are able.
Our time together is led by Steiner rhythms and the needs of our children on the day.
Mondays & Thursdays 9am -1pm, Jaycee Room,
Founders Park, Atawhai Drive, Nelson.
Suggested donation $5 per session (or $30 per term)
-plus some fruit to share.

Activities
Sharing the making and eating of bread buns together offers a sensory and connecting activity, while also modelling turn-taking, patience, healthy food and gratitude.
We love our nature-inspired hand-crafted toys, and our seasonal songs and stories. They connect the children in their play, to each other and to our natural environment.
Connecting with other like-minded people is so important, especially while caring full-time for young children. In our playgroup we are very supportive and family focussed, and we create opportunities for building friendships and skills with craft workshops and seasonal events.
